About Mardan Software

Software that follows the way your company works.

Mardan Software builds business software, automation and integrations for companies in Serbia. We start from the real process: documents, roles, deadlines and exceptions, not from an off-the-shelf tool your work has to fit into.

Our approach

First we understand the process, then we write code.

Every project starts with questions: who does what, where work is repeated by hand, which documents and systems are involved, and where errors or delays appear.

Only then do we propose a solution. Sometimes it is a single automation or integration, sometimes a whole system. Before full delivery you get a demo or prototype, so you see how it will work before the full build starts.

We do not promise savings we have not measured. We agree upfront what should shrink, whether time, errors or manual steps, and track it after launch.

Working principles

01

Process before technology

We do not pick a tool before we understand who does what, where work gets stuck and what the result should be.

02

Local regulations as the foundation

SEF e-invoices, e-delivery notes and receipt advices are not an add-on but daily work that has to run reliably.

03

A trail for every decision

Roles, access rights and change history are built in from day one, not bolted on later.

04

Technology with a reason

We use automation and AI where they remove manual work or speed up a decision, not because they are fashionable.

Accountability

You talk to the person who builds the system.

Mardan Software grew out of work on business applications, integrations and automation. From the first call to production you work with the same person, who understands both your process and the code. M Docs, our SEF and e-delivery-note solution, already runs in production at a Serbian company.

What Mardan Software is not

Not an off-the-shelf program you have to adapt to. Not AI for the sake of saying AI.

Every system has to shorten work that is done by hand today, reduce errors, or show clearly who approved what and when.
